How I work

Together we begin the FIT journey by defining your goals. From there, we develop your customized program through Functional Integrated Training (FIT) while addressing the core foundations (breathing, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle & positive mindset) for your optimal health & happiness. Join me in this holistic approach and share in my passion for fitness, nutrition, and lifetime learning.

My workout sessions incorporate a variety of training tools such as free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, TRX, BOSU & cardio equipment. These tools are combined with functional movement in your customized workouts for maximal results.

FIT is an effective form of fitness training that can be used with any client to reach their goals.  FIT works several muscle groups simultaneously by incorporating various forms of training to improve strength, power, cardio endurance, balance, core stabilization and flexibility.
